Verity Axiom Research publishes a numbered series of research papers on cross-border payment compliance: what an institution can and cannot substantiate when a transaction crosses settlement architectures that encode different assumptions about where evidence lives and who may reach it.

Each paper is published open access under a DOI. The PDF at that address is the authoritative version; the précis posted here is an entry point to it, not a substitute for it. Corrections are issued as new numbered versions; a published version is not altered after release.
